Overview
Client Demonstration Day
At Powerload Limited, we pride ourselves on delivering commissioning equipment that performs under real-world conditions—not just on paper. To showcase our engineering capability and client-first approach, we hosted a live demonstration event at a factory, bringing together key clients and technical partners to witness our solutions in action.
Case Study Details
Our Solution
The test rig was set up to replicate challenging commissioning environments and featured two of our flagship products:
- The 500kW Water-Cooled Load Bank – ideal for early-stage integration and cooling validation.
- The In-Rack Hybrid Load Bank – purpose-built to emulate the thermal profiles of high-performance compute systems, including exact rack-level simulation.
Project Highlights
In addition, we presented one of our key accessory products:
The 10-Spigot Monitored Manifold – designed to enable multi-point temperature and flow monitoring, enhancing test data accuracy and improving visibility across complex looped systems.
Beyond the demonstrations, the event created an open forum where clients shared feedback, asked technical questions, and provided unique project requirements. This insight enables us to engineer bespoke systems that meet the specific commissioning goals of each client.
Our collaborative development model—designing and building to real commissioning needs, not just off-the-shelf concepts—was clearly reflected throughout the day.
Outcome
Power was supplied by an on-site generator to create a fully independent, controlled test environment. The load banks were connected to:
- Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs)
- Dry Air Coolers
- Mechanical Chillers
This allowed attendees to observe our products under varying thermal and flow conditions, demonstrating how Powerload supports multiple phases of the commissioning timeline—from early rising mains integration to final performance validation.
