PowerLoad are based in the UK, however, we support projects throughout the whole of EMEA (Europe, the middle east and Africa) and N. America / Globally. We have a network of local support partners based in strategic locations, for rapid response. For site survey, emergency call outs, commissioning and maintainable activities we also have an experienced UK based team that can attend site to assist or supervise wherever required.
In all countries contracted PowerLoad are able to provide emergency cover as part of an additional package / contract.
All mechanical and electrical equipment should be properly commissioned prior to use to ensure everything is set correctly for the application and to ensure there are no issues that require attention. This is a requirement for most equipment manufacturers to ensure their warranty is valid, in addition to recommended maintenance during any warranty period. This is generally known as commissioning level-3.
The cost of hiring any product will depend on a number of factors such as;
- Site location
- Commissioning programme durations
- Service level agreement
- Specification of project and bespoke add ons

Primarily PowerLoad offer the sale or rental of load banks to assist sites during commissioning phases when the design load is not available. Both liquid-cooled load banks and hybrid load banks are available.
Furthermore, for retrofit installations, PowerLoad can outsource and provide other equipment required for the project, such as CDU’s, chillers, hybrid cooling, space heaters, dry air coolers and adiabatic cooling, pumps and other hydraulic system components, plus electrical panels.
